We hope you are delighted with your Floraïku Paris purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging, including the protective cellophane film, remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and Return Authorization form.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully pack the items in their original Floraïku box and shipping carton, ensuring any complimentary samples or gifts with purchase are included to avoid deductions.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our olfactory experts inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
